My guest today, Siobhan Key, MD, is the host of the, “Weight Solutions for Physicians Podcast” and is a weight loss coach for physicians. Siobhan is also a practicing family and obesity medicine physician. Her passion is helping physicians who struggle with binge or emotional eating go from being overwhelmed and out of control with their eating to feeling confident with their eating regardless of what life throws at them.
