Today’s episode is about sexual health and may contain subject material and language that is not suitable for all audiences.

Hello everyone. Today, I am joined by Dr. Sonia Wright to discuss sexual health in the times of COVID-19. During this crazy time, you may be thinking that sex is the last thing you want to think about, but Dr. Sonia is here to tell us why it should be prioritized. She also offers many suggestions on communication, and working though emotions and anxiety during difficult times.
